The absolute worse service, do not bring your kids here. This lady half a braid (cornrows) and my son was crying in pain. He been getting his hair done for 5 years now never seen him cry or complain. Her reason was his hair is too long…………WHAT! If your hair is less than 4 inches I guess they are good anything longer than that will be a major issue.

Update to update The only reason I contacted about rebooking is because you refused to give me my deposit back since it’s my money I thought I guess I’m stuck booking here but you screen shot my review from google and said you wouldn’t book because again I told the truth about my experience. As I mentioned bad customer service. I just wanted my deposit back because I canceled well in advance. Love this place they are very nice from the time you come in the door to the time you leave out the door while you're there they make sure that you are comfortable and you're satisfied I will recommend this place the owner of the manager is very nice been there multiple times will return
