During when I lived on this side of town, I feel this braiding shop is the best on FM 1960 going East or West. Came here 3-4 times last year. Bring your braid style by google image and watch magic. This business will take care of all your needs. Whether it's the time of appointment, or completing your hair at a reasonable time. Here they work hard. The absolute worse service, do not bring your kids here. This lady half a braid (cornrows) and my son was crying in pain. He been getting his hair done for 5 years now never seen him cry or complain. Her reason was his hair is too long…………WHAT! If your hair is less than 4 inches I guess they are good anything longer than that will be a major issue.

Update to update The only reason I contacted about rebooking is because you refused to give me my deposit back since it’s my money I thought I guess I’m stuck booking here but you screen shot my review from google and said you wouldn’t book because again I told the truth about my experience. As I mentioned bad customer service. I just wanted my deposit back because I canceled well in advance.
