Would give a zero star if possible for the parts /body shop . We bought a brand new dam there in january . We ordered a brand new hood due to hail damage for a ram . My husband drove an hour each way to pick it up . He saw the box it came in when he arrived and it was damaged . They told him it wasn't his even though he saw his name on it . They took him to the back and said "here is your hood" in a good box . He asked to look and it and they were stunned and relunctant .
