Went in for oil change. Left with engine rattling and a cap on one of our tubes missing. They tried saying we lost the cap and had us try to pay for it. Wouldn't recommend
Someone please help me. Im a disabled veteran and im being treated unfairly. Please be careful as this dealership’s paperwork can be spotty at best. They do not want to honor their repair warranty. The manager is saying they DID NOT replace a broken part. LOOK AT MY DOCUMENT ITS CLEAR. And now they are hanging up because i spoke to a lawyer to understand my rights. Explained my situation to the service member over the phone. I work long days and my girlfriend could not pick me up. The service shuttle couldn't drop me off because he had plans with his wife and now I'm sitting in the parking lot without a ride. Calling every person I know hoping someone can help me. Why even tell me it's possible if it's not?
Had a pretty terrible experience there today. The service rep gave me the paperwork showing one price and when I finally got checked out it cost $25 more dollars. Couldn't talk to anyone because everyone had gone to lunch. Plus my check engine light was on. ExpressLube was always a much better experience than what I had today. I won't be returning. Oil change & tire rotation appointment took a total of 2+ hours from drop-off through pick up.
