I’ll never bring a vehicle here again! Horrible and there should be a negative star to select. We love about an hour away and took in for repair. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. After five trips down there, $1,400 later, finding an additional issue and causing the touch screen issues while “fixing” another, and they wanted to charge US to repair this. First time there. Seemed nice.
2024 Doge Hornet, part time Radio. Some times it will work and some times it will not. This issue has been going on for almost a year, shortly after purchasing the Vehicle. I’ve been to the service center 6 different times asking when my Radio will be in. During which time they only logged the first visit back in January 2025. I guess me coming in and asking why I don’t have a new Radio? 5 other times was not sufficient enough to note in their service log. Plus numerous calls I made inquiring about it. Oh!
