I’ll never bring a vehicle here again! Horrible and there should be a negative star to select. We love about an hour away and took in for repair. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. After five trips down there, $1,400 later, finding an additional issue and causing the touch screen issues while “fixing” another, and they wanted to charge US to repair this. First time there. Seemed nice.
2024 Doge Hornet, part time Radio. Some times it will work and some times it will not. This issue has been going on for almost a year, shortly after purchasing the Vehicle. I’ve been to the service center 6 different times asking when my Radio will be in. During which time they only logged the first visit back in January 2025. I guess me coming in and asking why I don’t have a new Radio? 5 other times was not sufficient enough to note in their service log. Plus numerous calls I made inquiring about it. Oh! Motor went out on my truck they found a motor said it was gonna be around 7000 to put new one in came out to over 10000 and got it back check ingine light back on same day bougt it back up there they charged me another 400 that didnt fix the problem sent them a pic they didnt put eveything back together sent them a pic they wont return my texts never again i could have bought a car and pulled the motor will never go back
