I had a 7:30am appointment to have a steering problem diagnosed on my 95 Dodge Ram. Four hours passed by before the tech advisor finally updated me on the status of my truck. Tech advisor did not respond to my text for update. When I asked him about the text, he acknowledged that he saw my text. Why would you not respond to a text? Took my 2015 Ram 1500 in to get a grinding noise on the front end diagnosed, they told me the CV axles and a differential needed we're bad and needed replaced they quoted price of $5,500. Took it to a different shop turns out it was the right front wheel bearing was bad and cost $475 to replace!! I've been taking my truck out there for years to get service and repairs but they just lost my business
