Was looking at a used ram online, spoke with Nick on the phone and through text. Told me at 10:14 a.m. eastern that i could come look at it, so I made the 2 hour trip only to find out that not only was Nick too busy (no one on the lot customer wise) but that the truck is came to look at was in Illinois at a detail shop and had been since the day before. I will NEVER go back, I dont care if they are having a truck giveaway!!

They had an attitude and hung up the phone when I called with a few questions concerning a vehicle I previously bought from them. I do not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Horrible customer service.
