I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and needs to be shared. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was told upfront it needed an A/C repair before delivery, which I agreed to. From that point on, the entire process was filled with broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I was first told the car would be ready Wednesday. Worked with Jon to purchase a new vehicle that was in transit, confirmed it was available, worked up a deal to only find that it was reserved / purchased 3 weeks prior. Human mistake but unfortunate. Decide to order the same thing from the factory but learn Jeep changed the MSRP price by 800 and With that, the dealer would no longer honor the previous negotiated deal (agreed on in writing through text). Over priced vehicles, salesman that don't know squat about them. Posting the same vehicle in multiple places with different trim level info and pricing but the same VIN number. The 2018 Sze toyota came in wrecked, they fixed the damage and conveniently left it off the AutoCheck report. They refuse to give you a carfax because it is too expensive but yet they are a MEGA dealership that should be able to afford it. They won't even give you an inspection report. Do not buy from them. My Jeep has a lifetime warranty and they tell me they can't get the parts to fix it. It's been at the service center for 4 weeks now. I'd go to Mt Vernon if I was you.
