I always get the works plus,but they never get the bugs off the front of my truck and wheels are still dirty.

No in and out today. However I am a gold member and gold members get in and out! Awesome! If you haven't had your vehicle detailed here, you need to. My vehicle looked brand new when they were finished.
Had a full service car wash at Espresso in Maumee....in spite of the 85° hot, humid weather, the young attendants were working hard, and my new CRV was spotless inside and out! Kudos to these young workers! I have been using this same carwash for 20+ years, and they have never once disappointed me!
Had a terrible experience on 4-22-15 (damaged car) waiting on the gm jay to call me back for over a week...they will not field your phone calls or reply back to emails.
