I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at eXpression Hair Design in Southgate. This was my first time coloring my hair in over 5 years, so I was looking forward to a change. I specifically chose a 4N Medium Brown to lighten my natural black hair. The service was a complete disaster for several reasons: 1. ive been coming to expression hair design since they opened 15+ years ago. great staff who care about their clients! they make you feel like family here.
This place is amazing, they do amazing trims and make it exactly how you want it! I definitely recommend this place. They are also all super kind, offering waters, sodas, etc. They make you feel comfortable!
This place is amazing! I love going here. Anytime I need to make an appointment they make it right away even if I walk in. There’s never been a mess up in this place, they do my hair right every time! They are also super reliable. I recommend Irene
First time dying my hair and I was able to book Irene last minute on the same day. She is amazing and she was able to color and style my hair to my liking. I will come back for Irene every time I need a touch up or hair cut in the future. Thank you again Irene! My Balayage came out even more beautiful than I expected, so happy with the results! ~
