"Disappointed"

I ordered flowers 3 days in advance of a funeral in the same town as Expressions. The arrangement did not arrive at the funeral home in a timely manner, therefore it was not displayed and viewed by the deceased's family before the funeral began. Very disappointed with Expressions delayed delivery.

For many years I have depended on the helpful, efficient service at Expressions in downtown Wheaton. Whenever i have visited the store or placed an order, large or small, I have found the personnel to be knowledgeable, skillful, and friendly. It's taken me a long time to get around to saying it, but I've always thought that of Expressions as an outstanding local resource. Thank you, Expressions Staff.

I actually called to get a quote on getting floral corsage bracelets. Sharon was nice and friendly, but I declined this quote. Weeks later, I get a call about a floral order for an unknown event. Unfortunately, due to an extremely busy personal life and even busier work life, I was unable to call Expressions and straighten out this issue. We used Expressions Flowers & Gifts for our wedding in August. It is a small shop only doing one wedding a weekend with a staff who are friendly and attentive. The arrangements were exactly what we dreamed of. You can't get better quality or service in the western suburbs. Thank you!
