I had a very disappointing and unethical experience at this dental office. I was charged an extra $100 for a so-called “emergency visit”, even though it was not an emergency and there was no dentist on site when I arrived. I waited 40 minutes before the dentist finally showed up, while only the reception staff was present. When the dentist eventually saw me, he clearly stated that he was NOT qualified to treat my case. Dr. Kim and Noura are the best team, They're very accommodating, welcomes you with a smile and set the mood before anything else. Before the procedure they'll let you know about the process and while it's going on they make sure you're comfortable all the way until its done. They work with gentle light hands, easy to talk with ask questions and they're more than willing to answer with grace.
Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing during my cavity filling. She was meticulous, gentle, and made sure everything was done with great care and precision. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully and clearly she answered all of my questions—her engagement and communication made the entire experience reassuring and stress-free.
