Expressions 4 Kids has been absolutely incredible working with my son on sensory processing. Their OT Miss Rose performed a thorough assessment of his needs/triggers and most importantly has been working with me as a parent on strategies to implement to help his behavioral struggles. In the short time we have been seeing her weekly we have already noticed such a difference in his behavior and tolerance in stressful situations. Cannot recommend this practice enough!
We came to Expressions 4 Kids after a long and scary journey with our son’s feeding difficulties and oral motor weakness. He was unable to properly chew and swallow food and was constantly choking, making every meal stressful and dangerous. We had seen multiple feeding and speech therapists before, but most focused mainly on sensory issues which was not the issue. They did not identify it and we saw very little progress. Only after a few sessions of speech and OT, our little one has improved dramatically! Not only are Shelby, Rose and Alicia experts in this field, they are compassionate and gentle. Hilary, the owner goes above and beyond and is not only an exceptional therapist, but is so accommodating and kind. I would highly highly recommend expressions 4 kids, hands down!
