My husband and I visited Mt. Airy Express Care on March 10, 2026, and we had a very positive experience. The staff was courteous and professional, the office was clean, and the visit was handled quickly and efficiently. We greatly appreciated the level of care we received at that location. I have been to this location previously for myself and other Express Care locations for my kids and have had phenomenal experiences; however, my experience today with my two year old was not that. I’d recommend others to take their young babies elsewhere for urgent care. Highly recommend going to the Urbana ExpressCare to take care of your younger kids!!!
Great customer service, no wait time, excellent front desk staff, nurse, and PA! We keep coming back, not that we want to, but we always find relief from illness. Thank you Urgent Care Mount Airy!
