You make an appointment online. Fill out all the information on line. They take a walkin before you. I arrived 2 minutes before 8am, desk clerk said I could not come in until 8. Let me note here, the desk clerk told me it was 2 minutes before 8 and to come back. Then a walk in came in and they took that person before me. My appointment was for 8:12. They took 2 walkin patients before me. It's 831, I'm still sitting in the waiting room.
This is probably a post more about what to not go to this specific urgent care for. Wife had very high blood pressure reading on her BP monitor and it was recommended go to a doctor or ER. Went to this urgent care (closest) and after charging a $75 copay, confirming the high blood pressure, the only comment was we can’t do anything for you and you need to check with your doctor to start on a medication. Fair enough - but why even accept & charge us after we indicate elevated BP as the issue on intake form if you can’t do any... read more
Friendly reception desk and the nurse and NP (Paul) both got me in and out with friendly helpful assistance. Great team and overall fantastic service that I truly appreciate.
Very disappointed in this place. I saw the physician assistant for a lower back muscle strain and a cough/sickness. The appointment itself went well, and the nurse was very good. However, they never sent my prescription to Safeway. After calling and waiting for call back and no answer for over an hour and a half, I came back in person. Now they have me sitting in the waiting room again, even after I explained that I was already seen and that my visit was left incomplete. Please fix this."
PA Lionel and those assisting him provided thorough and professional service and an accurate diagnosis and treatment. I am grateful for the quality healthcare I received.
