I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Express Care Urgent Care in Largo on 03/17/2026 at approximately 6:45 PM. I arrived feeling severely ill—experiencing persistent coughing, nausea, and frequent trips to the restroom—clearly in need of timely medical attention. Upon approaching the front desk to provide my identification and insurance information, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist. The staff was nice and the provider was knowledgeable and cared.
It was a very professional and a pleasant experience for me everyone was courteous and very timely and getting me in and out and seeing that I got my needs taken care of expeditiously as well as sending my prescription to the pharmacy and having me to be able to pick it up that same day It was a great experience Thank you so much for all of your help..
