The staff demonstrated a high level of care and professionalism during our visit. We were accommodated as a walk-in for a PPD test for my daughter. The self-check-in process was convenient, and the receptionist provided a welcoming experience. The male medical staff member exhibited professionalism and gentleness, thoroughly explaining the procedure beforehand. I had a very disappointing experience at the Upper Marlboro Express Care location. I arrived for a scheduled appointment, fully aware of an existing balance — which had never been an issue before, as I’d been seen twice previously with the same balance. Today, however, I was told I couldn’t be seen unless I paid the full amount. The front desk staff member, Ms. Stephanie, was rude and unhelpful.
