My experience has been pretty good so far. I never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes, perhaps it's b/c I usually check-in online. The diagnosis were correct. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-rating is that once you're seen in the room by the doctor, they take a while to come back for whatever reason. I don't know if they forget you're there or if they're trying to get other patients. Other than that, I'd recommend them. Update: I visited again on 7/2/2025 and give then 5-stars. This place is extremely slow. Made an appointment and took over an hour to be seen, and the lobby is EMPTY. Imagine if the lobby was full. No sense of urgency, you’re better off going to another one in the area. Online will quote you 20-35 mins without a reservation, ignore that because you will wait over an hour to be seen. Was told that there was only ONE provider, why not be more accurate with the times instead of having people sitting around waiting to be seen…
