Horrible experience last night. My chief complaint was pain, yet I was met with AGGRESSION. The messy receptionist and VERY hostile CNA(s)/ MA(s) were all very eager to offer medical advice outside of their scope of practice. Attempting to incorrectly diagnose me from the waiting room and to sway the opinion of the NP on shift. All without even being seen, Ultimately I opted not to be seen here. And you all should be lucky I don’t look you all up on board of nursing and report you all.
The Dr and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt treated with the upmost care. Thank you. This will be my urgent care of choice. Also there was minimal to no wait.

Love this place very professional and the nurse practitioner Doctor Sally is amazing I will return for all our family the staff is wonderful too from front desk to the back staff nice office
Currently here, this is my third time the first two were great! This time however i came with a cut finger. Front desk was not that friendly. Nurse was great however the nurse practitioner was horrible scrubbed my cut while humming than had me sit for over ten minutes with iodine on it did not really speak to me was rude when i asked questions. PA UdUhiri honestly after this visit i will never be back to this location. Gloves didn't fit her she throw on my strips it was horrible!!
