I made an appointment which is recommended. I arrived and there was no wait. The check in process went smoothly. The nurse practitioner was pleasant, professional and thorough. She explained what the issue was and what her plan was to remedy it.
All the providers and staff were so helpful and kind and patient, they explained the condition, and fully explained all the treatment. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful urgent care facility available!
Horrible experience. Went in with bumps on my hand and on my throat. Misdiagnosed me and told me to go see my primary. The nurse practitioner there was the one that gave me the wrong diagnosis. The nurse or maybe she’s a medical assistant was on point but the provider was terrible.
My daughter went here recently for what we thought was clearly an infected cut on her finger. They totally got this wrong and gave her steroids (cream) for the cut, no antibiotics what so ever. It got worse and worse and super painful, swollen and on her dominant hand. We had to visit our normal doctor AGAIN who clearly said, yes, it was a bad infection and needed both oral antibiotics and cream antibiotics. This has since helped. Came to an appointment at 9:10 AM for my son. Was informed that was provider was running late and do not have a time frame. After waiting 40 min, was informed that they do not have a provider and need to find at there other location. It’s ridiculous that a clinic could shut down because they don’t have a back up provider.
