Horrible service and absolute money grab. Seen Monday - no medicine/no help. Congestion and respiratory virus. Saturday morning early AM - excruciating ear pain. Scheduled telehealth for as soon as available. Wait for appt. Get on call. Denied care and requested I come in for another appointment. Waste of time. Waste of money. I will never go here again and neither will anyone in my family. Awful. Back to my PCP for everything. I am in worse condition bc of this facility than before I came in.
The front desk staff were helpful and despite it being so busy were surprisingly fast to get everything taken care of. Me and my kids will be using this location from now on
First visit didn't go so well.. second visit was fantastic...very attentive and explained everything to me so I could understand it Easley..went above and beyond..I'll be back.. hopefully not to soon but when I need to.. I'll be back
