Front desk staff is always attentive and address you as soon as you walk up. Angie (MA) was pleasant & efficient. Dr. Cole was very kind & quickly got me diagnosed & out the door. I made an appointment online & still had a 35 minute wait before getting into an exam room - Once in the back, i realized that another patient had to be transported to the hospital by ambulance, so I realized they felt much worse than I did...
Still dealing with an incorrect bill from and awful visit in June of last year. Went in for a sore throat and was given a rapid strep test that shows results in 15 minutes, it took them over an hour before a doctor came in saying the test was "negative" but they insisted on sending out a lab test and starting me on an antibotic which wouldnt be necessary if they believed the negative result.
