I am a regular patient for Express Care. Previously I never had a problem being seen, however I was turned away on Friday and Sunday. Also, I went on line trying to schedule an appointment before 11:30am , and the system would not allow me to schedule a same day appointment. If the company can not accommodate walk-ins they need to hire enough doctors, or get a new CEO/ Medical Director. This type of practice is not customer oriented.
