I checked in promptly and was brought back from the waiting room without delay. I had an appointment with Sandra Rizzo for two separate health concerns. Unfortunately, she opted for the easiest route and only conducted a urine test, which was incredibly disappointing. As a medical professional, it is expected that all necessary tests should be performed, yet this did not happen. This experience felt like a big waste of time. They were nice and did appropriate testing. But I went there because of a dead mouse problem and I was having breathing problems so I was worried that it had something to do with the dead mouse. The PA kept asking me unrelated health questions ‘do you have a dirty house’, “do you have a messy house”, “do you have a dog or cat”… This has nothing to do with healthcare and they were inappropriate questions my answers are no to all of them but that doesn’t matter, they were inappropriate questions they had nothing to do with car... read more
I am a regular patient for Express Care. Previously I never had a problem being seen, however I was turned away on Friday and Sunday. Also, I went on line trying to schedule an appointment before 11:30am , and the system would not allow me to schedule a same day appointment. If the company can not accommodate walk-ins they need to hire enough doctors, or get a new CEO/ Medical Director. This type of practice is not customer oriented.
