Took my teen daughter there because she was having problems walking without experiencing pain in her hip area. Would have taken her to OSS walk-in but this was on a Sunday, late evening and everything else was closed. Before I got her out of the car, I walked in and explained to the receptionist what was going on with my daughter and asked if that is something they would be able to look at. These dumb mothers fuckers ha e no idea what they are talking about or doing. I will never recommend anybody to ever go there.
We have been there 3 times now. Great service and treatment.
I haven't been to dr for stomach bug for 30 years, this time I was so sick, I went. Treated by Nada Kazzaz, P.A.-C. She and her staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I got my prescription there (normally I would use my prescription coverage at pharmacy, but I was so sick I wanted to go straight home so I was happy for that option). I was seen quite quickly. The staff was very kind and professional. Very human! I was given a breathing treatment that made me feel some immediate relief and they prescribed some medicine. They took time seeing that I felt better before I left the office. Explained everything clearly and openly. Very pleased with my visit and treatment. Would definitely recommend this facility for immediate care.
I have taken my children to Express Care several times for a myriad of reasons. The staff, doctors, & nurses are kind, and always put my kids at ease. They are also very thorough! They make sure I understand my child's diagnosis and how to care for them. Our trips are always quick and easy. You can even preregister from home to hold your spot in line! Thank you Express Care for making things so easy for me as a mom!
