The employees were very friendly and welcoming, and it was a great environment to get my first face piercing in. Tragus piercing jewelry was put on way too tight to the point of the ear on my skin to grow over the back of piercing. Would not recommend this place. Did not feel comfortable there either.

Went here to get my tragus bar shorter and a belly button retainer, while getting my tragus bar changed he dropped on me my original stoneand I can no longer find on the myself or the clothes I was wearing, he gave me a new one for free which I cannot stand it is not my style and it is nothing like my original stone that I paid for, extremely disappointed with express yourself today as I’ve been coming here for years and have never had an experience like this.
