Quickly diagnosed the problem with our Hunter Douglas shade. Retrieved, fixed and reinstalled our shade -all promptly and for a very fair price. Would highly recommend.
Our drapes in our guest room are perfect! Nora was a pleasure to work with. Great communicator and followed up with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A fond memory of mine was picking up the completed drapes at their workshop. They were beautifully packaged for transport. Strange comment but it really showed the quality and pride these folks put into their projects. Can't wait to get another room renovated and get some more awesome drapes from Express Window Fashions.
I love my new Hunter Douglas motorized shades. They work great and were so easy to program. Working with Express Windows and their team was seamless. This is the second time they have installed HD shades in my home. From Margo (salesperson) to the installers, everything went better than expected. When it's time to do my bedrooms, I'll be calling Express.
