Went to the Broadway location was helped by Brian again..... he's awesome he helped me a few years ago with my old tahoe. So when I got my new Tahoe I went to see Brian again he remembered me and was just as awesome as before.
I recently had a bad experience & left a 1 star review. The manager Scott reached out within 24 hrs to apologize and offer to make it right. Scott was absolutely AMAZING! He was super nice and helpful. I truly felt like i was VIP! He really listened and helped me choose a package for a sub woofer over the phone. I made an appointment to drop it off at 5pm for a morning install. Instead, he stayed late just to finish it. He also followed up the next day, which was awesome! Incredible!! I can't say enough good things about the staff and the job they do!! They helped me out big time. You can tell they truly care about their customers.
Go elsewhere. TranzIt BLU hands free, oracle store, installed worked for a day, then back again worked on it again still no good, went back rep said we can put this in, cost a extra 100 but it will be better. Came back he put a amp in no hands free phone service just blasting music. Go to manager at broadway store he says we can fix it, after 3 visits guess what. Just because the sells men don't make any money doesn't mean to make the auto techs work twice as hard.
Fabulous customer service! They fixed an issue I was having with an install from a few months ago and even vacuumed my car!! Woot!!
