I had a system installed last year at the location in Las Vegas off of Rainbow. problems occurred and after several unanswered voicemails I filled out your online form and Jesus the manager called me and we worked things out. I am still having issues. I have again left messages and no answer. I want my system fixed and functioning correctly before I make anymore payments and I refuse to deal with this store. please help I just want a system that works for all I am paying
I had to stop and get the dash cam adjusted and Martin GM stopped what he was doing to put my camera in correctly it got so hot it was hanging and my nephew put in but it was not in where I could get a clear view of the license plate or the car thank you Martin I appreciate you going out your way to help me.
It was good drove over 100 miles to get there it took a little time five cars in front of me but soon as they were done my son was very happy thank you
Very happy with the new JL sub and JL C2s that I had installed, sounds great, customer service was great and friendly, they took very good care of us, thank you to all the guy's at store 14, from the guys who work the sale floor to all the techs in the back. Thank You for the great experience and great product.
