Since the first day we started using the service, everyone has been very kind and friendly. The team is always smiling and ready to help. You can see they really care about the customer. One funny thing happened that shows how helpful they are: one Saturday, I was cleaning and vacuuming my car, and my key got sucked into the vacuum! I didn’t know what to do.
