I paid $5.00 cash for the Bronze touchless wash today, and the wash malfunctioned. No wash was provided. When I reversed, the kiosk stated, wash out of service. I tried calling the phone number that is associated with the carwash online, and it is out of service. I would appreciate a refund of my carwash fee. There was no employee present.
