Absolutely terrible experience. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen, which is completely unacceptable. There was no communication about the delay or any apology for the excessive wait time. When I finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed. They didn’t properly explain what was wrong with my eyes or answer my questions. they simply handed me a prescription and sent me on my way. I left feeling confused and frustrated. First time here, Eye doctor was nice but the wait to see doctor was 2 hours. We got frustrated having to wait so long. Out all the years coming to eye doctor never had to wait so long it’s ridiculous.
Do not go there unless you like to wait for 2 hours for the appointment you made. When I got there, they can not find my appointment but they called me back to schedule. There is only one person working there, so if you dont like your life and time. DONT GO THERE! DONT WASTE UR LIFE! STAY AWAY! DANGER! SNAILS!
I would not recommend this eye doctor. We were there for a couple of hours, and during the visit the doctor asked if we wanted to purchase some add-on services. I politely declined because it wasn’t in my budget, especially with four kids. When my daughter asked about getting contacts, the doctor told her that I “wouldn’t be able to afford it” because my budget was tight, which was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.
