If i could leave zero stars i would first off their customer service is TERRIBLE, the lady that picks up is rude beyond measure i just hung up the phone.
First off, John, the owner seems like a super nice guy. I was not even going to leave this review until I saw how many people had similar experiences. I was quoted $150-175 for a job. The quote clearly specified what was to be done. When I was called to come pick it up I was told it would be $350, and if I paid with a credit card it would be an additional fee. Upon arrival I asked for someone to explain why the cost doubled. I was rudely told 'it was the parts, and we have no way of knowing how much parts are until we order ... read more
Express Upholstery put a new top on our 1997 Mustang convertible 13 years ago. They did a great job and it still looks great after 13 years! Next they are going to recover the seats in the mustang for us. They do great work, I highly recommend this company. Update, the seats are done and again, great work! They look awesome.
