They had my TV for about 60 days. They kept saying "parts are on order", "wrong parts were delivered", and I always had to call them! This is after I gave them a $35.00 non-refundable deposit and confirmed I would have delivery within 30 days and the parts were available. Finally I told the owner if not fixed within a week I would be in to collect my TV fixed or not. One week later I picked up my TV (not fixed) and they were upset! Late for every appointment, two hours the first time before anyone even called. Half hour or more every other time. Part changer at best. Never tuned in the TV, said that we could mess with it. Called someone else.
We use Express TV on a regular basis. We haven't sent them anything that they haven't fixed. Their prices are reasonable and the turnaround time is quick. We gladly recommend Express TV to all of our customers that come to us in need of LCD Monitor and Printer repairs. PC Lapeer Computers
