Two bad experiences with my sons car. First, was a $470.00 overcharge for labor to replace a torque converter. Then a $80.00 charge to misdiagnosis a loose battery cable. They said we needed a new transmission cpu module that would have cost another $520.00! Very unhappy! Tried to rationally discuss and ask for a partial refund, but they didn’t seem to care. Definitely would steer clear, or fall prey to shady practices!

It feels GREAT to have a local vehicle service provider that I can trust! I have been taking our family vehicles to Express Tune & Lube for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed (transmission replacement, air condition repair, new tires, oil changes and tire rotations, etc). This is a locally owned and run business that knows the importance of customer satisfaction and word of mouth advertising (good or bad)!
Excellent experience - both price and service. Definitely recommend.
