Rented a 6x12 trailer. Jim was very helpful. Good prices. Great experience.
Needed to rent a trailer and unfortunately Express did not have any available for the time period needed. I emailed late on a Saturday night and received an email to inform me of that and some and answers to other questions. I wish i could have done business with this company, if emails are returned that quickly with info that you need you can be sure they care about their customers and will try to accommodate. Jim , thank you for the prompt replies ! Express Trailer will be the first place i call in the future.
Jim was great to work with, kept up with timely communications and most important, the trailer I rented worked well and did what I needed it to do with no hassles. Jim was very flexible with my needs as I was not able to find anyone else willing to rent a trailer for an out of town trip at a reasonable cost. Jim gave me a fair price and everything worked well. I will be calling him first the next time I need to haul anything. Thank Jim!!!
