RecommendedI really wanna brag on this place. The people who work here are so sweet and took us right back. 10/10 would recommend! They helped us in a tight spot and were very knowledgeable. I live over an hour away and would be willing to come here again, service is that good!

Just an incredible small town mechanic shop with a great staff. In this day and age it's incredibly difficult to find someone fair, honest and efficient.

Do NOT aide this place. My CRV had to go in to have the fan assembly replaced. Upon getting it back I saw that my A/C no longer blew cold and my automatic window function no longer worked. Then, when taking it in to be looked at, I found that they BROKE what holds to coolant reservoir and just had it sitting, and it was empty. They had lost two of the caps on the front, AND they didn’t attach the grill back correctly. I called them and they said to bring it in Saturday. I've used them for years for oil changes. Elizabeth took her car in for an oil change this week and one of the mechanics tears up her door handle on the driver inside. She doesn't realize it's broke until she makes it home and calls them back they say they will order in the part like it's no problem. She goes back Friday to get it fixed and they want to charge her $150 for parts and labor. I can understand paying for the parts but if it's one of your techs that broke it I can't understand the labor.
My two year old Granddaughter and I were stuck in Alabaster yesterday with a separated front tire. Even though it was late in the evening and it being a Friday these wonderful caring people helped us get back on the road safely. I am so ever Thankful and Grateful the Lord Blessed us with such caring individuals there at Alabaster Auto Service. I can truly say they care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone. They definitely were our Angels here on Earth yesterday!!!!!
