Although quite young, Tyler seemed knowledgeable and effective. He was cordial and timely. Based on the personnel, I would use your service again but I question the prices quoted for the actual required repair. I paid for the service call but declined the repair because the price to replace a capacitor was exorbitant (which seems to be the residential HVAC service norm - it is price gouging to expect to pay over $400 for a $20 part that takes 15 minutes to install).

Perfect service
I called and the technician was able to come out same day. Tyler was on time, assessed the condensate drain trap clog and fixed it there for a reasonable price. He explained the issue well and cleaned up the area. Definitely will use them again.
