Had a power issue with our 5th Wheel. It was late in the evening and contacted ET to see when they could come out. Clayton returned the call within minutes and said they would be out next day to assess. Tech Vance showed up on time and within a few minutes was able to diagnose issue. A bad Transfer switch. He explained that he could get the power back on temporarily but needed a new switch. Since it was under warranty ET waited until the new switch came in. Came out and replaced.
