Very unprofessional experience. This company represents dishonesty and greed. Will falsely deny auto claims that should be covered. Will also lie that there is not a supervisor available, when there is. I was told the supervisor was out that day, and when I called back the same day, I was connected to that supervisor. Customer service representatives also will hang up on your. There is no appeal process for claims denial. Do not purchase an aftermarket warranty with this company.
