Dated but comfortable rooms with all needed conveniences. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in getting us replacement keys when I accidentally demagnetized the magnet strip on the room key. Location is excellent as its walking distance from food and some shopping. The indoor enclosed pool was also sizable, a nice surprise.
It was okay
Service and hospitality were terrible. Front desk was never occupied. Common areas and hot tub were filthy. Our room had dust everywhere and leaves inside the sliding doir behind the curtain. We told a staff member that the small workout room was filthy and he shrugged his shoulders. Another employee didn't even know where the fitness room was. Way better places to choise from.
The staff was great! Our room and Jacuzzi was bigger than expected in the luxury suite! Thank you to everyone that helped us check in earlier!
