The staff was great! Our room and Jacuzzi was bigger than expected in the luxury suite! Thank you to everyone that helped us check in earlier!
Location was great. However we had some issues with our room and the front desk just said "aww that's too bad". The biggest issue was that we got a room with a pull out couch because we needed that bed. It was completely broken and unusable. Upon disccoery we tried tonget hekp at thenfrontndesk and stood there for 10 minutes. Nobodt ever came so I had to sleep on the floor, which the carpet is crusty. Had to get 4 different key cards. Walk across building each time, was 100% not worth the the $250 stay. Would not recommend this hotel. Finally got in, only after the front desk lady told me to “just break in we wont be mad”. Absolutely ridiculous. Then they said 126$ and charged us a normal $250. Scummy hotel
3rd time I've stayed there since 2019. The service, food and accommodations are always great.
