Booked trailer online and showed available. System apparently double booked and they had someone who needed next day so they refused to rent it to me. Manager Cassie was extremely rude and took no ownership to fix it. Told me to make my own new reservation. Never go there again
U-haul was not cleaned out (sweeper or blown out) and smelled like manure had been put into the truck. First bad experience with this location.
We where in a jam and Logan and Cassie made sure to help us out. Great customer service!
Cassie and Taylor were badass they helped me get setup on a trolly with ease
