I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I had a scheduled appointment that was not honored — I arrived on time, only to be told that there was a “miscommunication” and that I would not be seen. There was no prior notice, no apology, and the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and mistreated as a patient.
