I can't say enough good things about Express Septic Services. Fast, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received. And extra kudos to Casey. She kicks ass!
Kaycee Pumped our septic and was very thorough, quick, answered my questions, and gave me suggestions. A couple days later Tim and Josh Came to my house to install a new pump. They did numerous tests on the pump that wasn’t working and after about an hour, they got it to work. Afterwards, they tested it more and made sure it was running the way it’s supposed to and it was. We were surprised by an unexpected septic issue shortly after moving into a new home. One company was able to come out to check out our problem, and let us know what they thought the issue was, but the time-frame they gave us to return and complete repairs was a lot longer than we were prepared to deal with. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They pumped and inspected a couple years ago, and this week I developed a clog. Before sending someone out and costing me more money, they actually stayed on the phone with me and walked me through how to clear it on my own. 100% recommend them!
I’m not only frustrated, but disappointed because after I spoke with the owner for a while about the importance of supporting local small businesses, they never returned my call to schedule a follow up appointment for the work they started at my property. Today, I realized they disconnected the buzzer, so we had no clue the septic system was failing, but realized that the technician left the lid of the tank unscrewed, so lots of rain water was getting in.
