We have used Express twice now. Once for a regular service over 4 years ago and again when we had issues recently. Both times they were friendly (I mean above and beyond friendly). This time they worked us into the schedule at the beginning of the shift, and the tech Kaycee was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and friendly and even came back for free the next day to show us how to find an inlet ourselves moving forward. Very cordial on the phone when I called to compare costs, no pressure. Was able to set up a date quickly to get my septic pumped. Driver was also friendly and efficient. Gave me the tip that the Costco TP is not septic friendly, as it doesn't degrade well, resulting in shorter intervals between pumpings. Oh, and they were priced lower than the competition.
EDITED TO UPDATE WITH LATEST SERVICE DONE: (Feb. '26) We're moving after living here for 20+ years. I decided to go ahead and have the septic tank pumped and inspected to have one less thing to have to handle when we put the house on the market next month. Always friendly and sounds happy to answer any questions. And informative with their answers. And able to schedule service quickly. And when they show up they are polite and professional.
Came out same day, service lady driving the truck and pumping my tank was awesome! (Previously talked to two other companies, One was booked out a week and a half the other said they could come out the next day, then canceled on me a few hours before the appointment. I get stuff happens, so glad I found Express) We had a clog and four people were without indoor plumbing! Express septic saved to the day!
