I live out on the KP and was in need of my 3-year septic inspection. I've used another service in the past, but always felt they were a little pricey. I had heard good things about Express Septic so I thought I'd give them a try. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to arrange for an inspection appointment, expecting to get a date a couple weeks away. Had an emergency pumping on a giant lift station , For a apartment complex, I called and got the front office lady which she was awesome and Very nice. I talked to the owner , explain our situation . He came out immediately within the hour that i called . He pumped our tank to get us relief on the units that were actively flooding. The owners knowledge and expertise in the industry is top level. This is the second time in three years that Express has come out. 3 1/2 years ago was to pump the septic, and last week was for maintenance and possible pumping since the law now requires a septic tank to be inspected every three years. The owner was super helpful on the phone since we want to do some work in our backyard that involves some digging. He was very helpful over the phone answering my questions.
