I noticed on my Cigna website that they offered to have my prescriptions delivered by Express Scripts. Even though the company is about 15 miles from my house, it took over 10 days for me to get my prescriptions. Never again! I will go back to Bashas where I can get my prescriptions the next day and it's only 3 blocks from my house.
Express scripts customer service is AWFUL. They told me they couldn't give me a refund for a med they had sent in error because I already had gotten a credit on my account and they only allow one credit every 18 months. Be careful - their customer service key goal is to not refund anything.
