Ordered Estradial patches in July. 8/24/26 I was finally able to get a live person to tell me they have been out of stock over 3 weeks. No call. No text. Now going on 4 wks without ordered medication. This is patient neglect and is not lawful

I appreciate there are nuances to getting prior authorizations approved through a TPA PBM. And after two months with the most amazing nurse and doctor team, we figured out how to play the twisted game and get a medication approved that was on formulary for me. I leave this review just to say that most of the individuals my doctor team and I spoke with at Express Scripts were dismissive, said different things as to what was required to get a drug approved, and provided very poor customer service overall. Stay away if you can. My medical issues are very under control but its hard stay under control with this pharmacy. I have been trying to get my meds filled with them for two and half months now. Issue after issue that could be resolved with them picking up the phone and calling my MD. They are very lazy to follow up, they informed me they contacted my MD via email or fax, well it must be news to them that faxes fail and emails get rejected or go lost in spam!
