I would do no score if I could. My husband submitted a request for refill over 2 weeks ago. He is out of meds and they have no urgency to help get them shipped. One day someone is going to die from not having their meds and start a class action suit. I will be one of the first to join. You can't treat people like this. Doesn't help that we could only talk to a foreigner that didn't speak good English.

Takes them 3 weeks to fill orders so beware if you actually need your medication timely. Even after calling them and the rep “putting a rush on the order” it still took another 8 days to receive meds.

Complete trash. Stole my personal info and medical info to fill my script without my knowledge or authorization. Now trying to bill me cause of sending meds I did NOT request from them. Will be reaching out to a lawyer soon.

I've never seen a company screw up so few prescriptions, so bad month after month. When you call in you have to deal with an automated answering voice so if you need a human good luck! If you get a human, you can't understand them or HEAR them!
