The worst. After two and a half weeks finally getting meds. I said I would pay express shipping. They said because my husband didn't have the medicine (he has cancer), they would express shipping at no charge. We'll if I paid for shipping I would have received it in 1to 2 days. They shipped it (no charge) it's going to take 4 days. So after all is said and done it's taking 3 weeks to get medicine. What a disgrace. The prescription drug company is not helping people, it's killing them.
Incompetence at its finest. 10 days minimum to get any medication. Sent a prescription in to find out 9 days later they dont have it. Send a new script in and its been 8 days since. Just says processing. Hate this place.
I really thought using the service would help with getting my medication faster, especially when I had to move to a location that is not close to convenient pharmacies. They send you messages that they are filling your prescription and then days later they tell you that they canceled it because they couldn’t refill it. By then you’re out of medication and you have to wait for your doctor to send it someplace else where you can get it. Absolutely horrible customer service.
