I'm buying a house that they put a roof on 5 years ago. I had a roof company go by and do an inspection and they had some questions. I reached out to Express Roofing and Amber was very helpful. Pulled the file and verified what I needed to know so I could be comfortable that the roof was replaced and what material was used. They did it as a courtesy. They didn't have to and it gave me comfort that a company from 5 years ago is still installing roofs and able to access the file quickly.
