Absolutely recommend! We had a storm cause part of our ceiling to collapse, and the whole team responded so quickly and was amazing to work with. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Joe especially went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and kept us informed every step of the way. I called on a Monday afternoon at 4 o’clock and Bob was there within 30 minutes, he helped me move furniture out of the affected room and had the blowers drying the carpet within an hour. Bob and his team provide exceptional service and are very easy to work with. I was most impressed that restoration express was able to accommodate my schedule as I had limited opportunities during the workday to meet.

What a surprise to walk into a not-used-much closet and get my feet wet! Lucky for me, I had made a note on my phone if I ever had water crisis to contact Bob Chambers of Express Restoration. Express came immediately to assess my situation and went right to work. It was obvious their primary objective was to minimize damage to my home. Carpet-saved! Hardwood flooring-saved! Drywall-saved!
