After dealing with some unnecessary scare tactics from another company about a leak in our house, working with Bob felt like a complete reset. He was calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with his time. He was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I cannot speak highly enough about Bob! He came out on short notice & on a weekend. From the moment I called him, he was helping me mitigate the problem not just selling me on their services. He made a very stressful situation so much easier. Can not thank him enough!
