Called to inquire about inspection on our home- he was very honest and straightforward about other issues we should have addressed first before paying for this kind of inspection, but had me send him photos just to be sure he didn’t need to come out quickly. Also gave us names of people we could contact. I greatly appreciated his fast response and honesty about steps we needed to take, versus just trying to get money out of us. Will be using them should the need arise!
We had an unexpected water leak in our attic that caused a section of our living room ceiling to begin caving in. I immediately searched home remediation services on the web and came across Express Restoration. Bob promptly answered my call and while I was on the phone with him, the sinking section of the ceiling collapsed and water, insulation, and drywall fell to the floor. Bob and his crew are amazing. I had an emergency water leak that occurred on a Sunday and Bob was able to get out within an hour to assess the damage. Not only was he prompt, but he was very informative on exactly what needed to be done. Highly recommend Express Restoration. They were honest, fair and helped us repair water damage that became evident during the massive rains of the past two months.
