SETH is incredibly rude and disrespectful to women and children. He has (on more than one occasion) called mine or my S/O's phone aggressively asking for rent payment before rent is due. He has threatened myself and my roommates with unwarranted penalties and fees multiple times when we have never paid late. Having been a tenant of Express Realty for multiple years, I've had countless conversations with the company. Every time, it is pleasant and helpful. UNLESS **** answers the call. Then, all professionalism is off the table. He will call you names, speak disrespectfully to women and children, and if you complain, just look at your **** next month. I rented a duplex in Edmond, OK for 5 years from Express Realty. They were extremely fast to fix problems. By fixing I mean they didn’t do just enough to get by, but actually addressed the issue by even replacing with new items. This is the most honest realty company with which I have dealt.

I wish I had read those reviews before renting with express realty .It is true ,they will simply take your deposit and claim that you left the house in a horrible condition despite the fact that when they rent you a property it won't be cleaned .

I have lived in one of their newer properties in Guthrie for 5 years. Other then some what poor phone manners I haven't had any major problems It was a newer Condo. Long story short... Conversation over the phone about miscommunication on who said what turned to an unfortunate yelling match (which is so completely out of my character) I will not mantikn names, but it the old man who works there and runs things. By far the worst realty experience I've ever had. I had an appointment scheduled to meet with the realtor for two different houses. When I arrived to the first house the realtor was rude and seemed disinterested. We walked through the house and I felt like he was rushing me along and didn't care to answer any of my questions.
