The service tech did not even check to see if there was Freon in the unit after I told him about capacitor. He then wanted to charge $600 to replace the capacitor. Very poor service if you ask me. I’m not very happy about even paying for a service charge of $80.

Josh at Express Pros was so professional and thorough when helping us troubleshoot our none responsive AC unit. He went above and beyond, finding that it wasn't our unit - but a faulty breaker. Thank goodness that they are also electricians and were able to help while charging a fair price. I highly recommend this company!!!
