100 + degree temp and our AC didn’t work. Was moved to a new room with 2 queen beds instead of the King room we booked, AC worked, but was on a trip with my husband, and we wanted a king bed. They moved us to another King room, AC broken in that room too. We were gaslight, a few times, with them telling us the AC was working, and to just be patient. The rooms are huge, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating!
Everyone was very nice and everything was very clean. The shower was amazing with a small wand which is great for washing those hard-to-reach places. The breakfast was very standard, nothing to rave or complain about. The coffee bar was excellent with a small thermos of half and half and honey both of which are not common for hotel coffee bars and both get a big thumbs up from me. Loved this IHG! It is right off of the main highway however when wanting food, many were across the tracks making it difficult for those who have no vehicle and want to walk. There are some decent food within walking though. We didnt want to waste gas but kind of had to to try new things. The staff were friendly and easy going. Very quiet facility. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable minus the slight firmness of the mattress. (The pillows made up for it, so heavenly soft!) The shower has wonderful water pressure ... read more
