I arrived late night and booked a room. When I woke up in the morning the Pillow and head part of the bed of Room 135 was full of ants. It was just disgusting. Ants were in the restroom, on the toilet and on a corner in the bathroom there were just a pile of ants. I viedeotaped and took pictures and showed the stuff. No empathy, they wanted to get it to Management. I contacted the Managerin Sylvia several times, she never got back to me. I tried to contact over the website online but this doesnt work. A wonderful place to stay. And the staff is always helpful.
There were ants in the room on the bed and in bathroom. The coffee machine in the room did not work.
This was a nice place to stay, nothing fancy but neat and clean and a great location. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. The reason for the four stars is because although you have air-conditioning in your room, as soon as you hit the hallway and especially the elevator, the heat smacks you in the face hard, there is no air-conditioning in the hallways or elevator. I stayed there as I participated in a local Senior Softball tournament. Very clean and quiet rooms. Front Desk employees were very friendly and informative. The breakfast was a standard continental format.
