Bought a AO Smith water heater from there 5 years ago that started to leak. AO Smith authorized an exchange since it was still under warranty but Reece was giving a hard time since we didn’t have the receipt. They waited 2-3 hours and then after multiple calls they said it’ll be a $450 return fee!! 🤬 AO Smith said to try Ferguson…Ferguson plumbing swapped it, no questions asked!! I know where I’ll be going for any future plumbing needs…
