Had to leave a star In order to leave a review. As a health care employee, I called to obtain information. Some guy answered the phone “Speaking” I said hello? Thrown off because where did I just call? He replied “Speaking”. I asked if I called ESP, just to remind myself where I called. The guy rudely confirmed, I introduced myself & the reasoning for my call. He blew through information. Didnt verify where I was calling from totally violated hippa and gave out pt information, just because I had name and date of birth.Very u... read more
