Sometimes you pay the lower price on things and you get that kind of service. Costco service on rotating tires is the worst. Yeah it’s free if you buy tires but even though you make an appointment and show up a little early. There is no hustle or due diligence to get your vehicle out in a timely manner. So next time I buy tires it’s either discount tires or NTB their service is usually a lot better.
