I had planned to visit the new shop in Arab to get my BMW aligned. However, when I went to pick up the car, they informed me that I was missing a bolt. I showed them a diagram of the rear end, confirming that everything was in place as it should be. Despite my efforts, they insisted that I was missing the bolt.
