Bobby, Ethan, and Seth were awesome and extremely helpful. I appreciate that they take time to explain what needs to be done and why.
Ethan helped with my oil change. He was very professional and thorough throughout the process. He offered maintenance suggestions based on his own personal experiences but did so without being pushy as many salespeople are. Always a great experience at this location.
Went to another shop for an oil change and the wait was going to be very long (I had even made an appointment) so did the ol’ Google search and found this shop close and took a chance…Glad I did!! Bobby greeted me and was very pleasant and helpful, pulled me into the bay where Ethan greeted me and took my info for the oil change. I also knew I needed tires so he got a quote for me ( no high pressure sales, just recommended) and the quote was well below what I was expecting. I don't like making bad reviews but I used to go here for any and everything that went on with my car. They are efficient - don't get me wrong and the price is decent for the work - but my last visit I convinced my fiance to go get his oil changed there and mind you...it was cold and rainy that day but as he was pulling into the bay area (as I've done multiple times) nobody was guiding him into the bay to make sure he was aligned with the appropriate slot.
