Went to my local Express oil off of Winchester road today and once again I received excellent customer service from this location from both Carlos and KT. These guys were great from the start; to end they were professional, knowledgeable and exceed my expectations. Thanks guys I will be back!!
Jamine was very kind and he did amazing service
I hope my truck isn't damaged. The tech fumbled around for 5 minutes banging his wratchet against my truck to get the fuel filter off. Another tech spilled an unreasonable amount of oil across the top of my engine when removing the funnel and another unknown container. This location needs to tighten up.
Wife and I use express oil change for all our vehicles and they are nothing but convenient and professional. Jack and Shannon are great folks. Great business
TJ displayed fast friendly service. He also gave expert advice when it came to choice of products. Express has definitely gained a lifelong customer.
