I really wanted to give them 5 stars and when we were getting serviced, they had that rating. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were professional and had great customer service. However, when I left and got on the freeway, my car shook so bad that my hands hurt just holding the steering wheel. Since I had to get out of town, I had to get that fixed. I took it to Discount Tire, they balanced the tires and the shaking was gone. I can't go somewhere that will create more problems than what they fix.

Was in need of quick, long overdue oil change and made an appointment online. When I arrived I pulled right into bay and chatted with the advisor (John?) And before we knew it, I was done a.d ready to go. Very happy with the service and price!
